Requirements

From an automated system for customer service management to the implementation of customer master records, up to automated lead management.

Highly innovation-oriented, the Loan Bank chose EOS Solutions as its digitization partner.

ViViBanca was looking for an omni-channel solution, integrating relationship marketing tools with the functionality of a contact center platform, automated reporting, and a customer management tool that could cover the entire funnel. From the creation of a lead, to the closing of the funding practice.

The Solution

We started with designing processes and creating an integrated workflow with the bank's systems to improve the experience of traders and potential customers.

We have therefore adapted Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise to ViViBanca's specific needs, by integrating it with the Dynamics multi-session app, which allows working on multiple sessions in the same work area, and with the phone bar and Whatsapp platform, so that communication and relationship data measurement can be automated.

Sharepoint has been used as a document repository, while Dynamics 365 Marketing as a marketing automation tool that enables, among other things, automatic nurturing processes for cross selling.

Finally, the KingswaySoft SSIS Integration connector enables a two-way dialogue between the developed solution and AS400, the management system in use. The Microsoft cloud-based ecosystem has also been integrated with offering configurators and legacy systems for practice handling at the end of the sales process.
